Project Overview
Zeus 360 completed a high-precision 3D Matterport virtual tour of the main boiler room at Varndean School in Brighton, East Sussex. Commissioned by the mechanical engineering contractor responsible for installing the plantroom machinery, the digital twin was created specifically for internal training, asset demonstration, and technical handover documentation.
The interactive 360° scan captures intricate mechanical and electrical (M&E) infrastructure, pipework runs, valves, control panels, and heating plant installations in accurate detail. By capturing the complete spatial layout of the plantroom, the installing contractor gained a valuable 3D case study to demonstrate their engineering capabilities to future clients, while providing facility managers with an easily accessible digital reference for ongoing maintenance and operations.
