Project Overview
Zeus 360 produced a 3D Matterport virtual tour for Chappell Engineering at their manufacturing facility in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. Specializing in low-volume, high-value, and intricate machining, Chappell Engineering serves over 60 global customers across the petro-chemical sector while expanding into aerospace, nuclear, and materials handling industries.
The interactive 3D digital twin enables remote clients, industry partners, and prospective buyers to navigate the factory floor and inspect machining centre technology from anywhere in the world. To maximize operational transparency, every individual piece of machinery across the facility floor was clearly labelled within the tour. High-resolution HDR wide-angle photography was also extracted directly from the 3D spatial data.
